Helping Child Care Programs & Preschools Provide the Highest Quality Early Learning Experiences

Quality Start San Bernardino County, or QSSB, is a quality rating and improvement system (QRIS) designed to help child care programs and preschools provide the highest quality early learning experiences possible. 

Their Goal

Traffic Growth & Keyword Rankings

QSSB started doing SEO with us in order to grow their overall organic traffic and start ranking key pages like their resource page and their contact us page. They also wanted to rank for specific keywords like “childcare resource” and other relevant early childhood keywords that educators and parents would be searching for.

The Solution

Keyword Research

Through keyword research, we found that a lot of their current and old event pages were ranking either on the 2nd or 3rd page of Google.

The strategy we came up with was to take old event pages that were pieces of training or informational sessions about early childhood learnings and turn them into longer tail content pieces that QSSB could have on their site as a resource for users to refer back to.

New Content Creation

When QSSB started working with us back in August 2020, they were only ranking for 385 keywords and only 6 of those keywords were on the first page of Google. Now in December of 2022, they are ranking for 1.5k organic keywords and 127 of those keywords are on the first page of Google.

We were able to increase the total number of organic keywords they were ranking for by helping them create new content pieces that they can put on their website as resources which in turn also helped increase their overall organic traffic.
