The Center For Children & Youth (CCY) strives to improve mental well-being through workshops for parents and professionals in the Bay Area. CCY recognizes the increase in the need for mental health, learning, and developmental support for families and provides resources to help guide people’s well-being journeys.

Community Boost worked with CCY to test different website designs to increase the number of people engaging with their site. Their main goal was to increase the number of consultation requests that they received from visitors.
The Solution
New Website Design
CCY recently rebranded and expanded their resources to include the needs of professionals in addition to their existing parent-focused workshops. The CCY team designed a new website to feature their new services. After investing their efforts into a new website, they began working with Community Boost to find ways they could improve their new site to achieve their goals.
A/B Testing
Several rounds of A/B tests were run to find the right language and placement of call-to-action’s. Website users were shown either the original version of the site or the new variation with more conversational language.
Strategically Crafted Calls-To-Action
Our team determined what language was most likely to lead to more conversions after running these tests. We changed the website copy from "Parent Consultations" to "Talk To An Expert," and "We Help Kids And Families Flourish - Schedule Your Consultation Today" to "Find Help Today! - Talk To An Expert."
